Summer Vibe

I just back from summer camp at my church. It was an incredible week, packed with adventure, fellowship, and time in God's presence. I learned a lot and I've gone back to normal summer life with renewed courage and a deeper trust in Jesus.

On the last day of camp, we went to the beach. I spent most of my time, there, browsing the little shops in town. I bought myself a swag pirate hat, some nail polish the changes color in the sun, and a gorgeous white skirt. After that, everyone cooked hotdogs over the fire, we had a short worship service right there on the beach, and then five kids were baptized. What a cool way to end the week!

I've got a month and a half left before school starts, again. I'm looking forward to school, but I also don't want this precious summer to end. I'm determined to make the most of the freetime I have left! I'm looking for a job exercising horses and I'm preparing for the photo contest at the county fair. Picking the perfect photo(s) is definitely the hardest part. If you have a favorite from my photography gallery, let me know and I might just enter it in the contest! The due date for entries is August 15th, so I'm open to suggestions until then.
